As part of his job, Eyal manages Azorim Urban Renewal which currently promotes dozens of projects, from the stage of locating projects to evacuation, demolition, and construction of hundreds of new apartments throughout Israel – using a team of business development managers, projects managers, planning teams, and an appraiser.

Sima Maor – Business Development Director, Urban Renewal
BA and MA in Business Administration (specialization in financing and marketing).
As part of her job Sima is responsible for locating urban renewal projects and business opportunities, from the first stage to finalization of evacuation-building agreements.

Shelly Yosef Green – Director of Evacuation-Building Department
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales. Has experience of approximately 12 years in real estate.
As part of her job, Shelly is responsible for the management of the large scale evacuation-building complexes in Israel personally accompanying residents until they receive the key.

Sofia Eldor – Counseling Architect
Consultant on planning, urban renewal, and promotion of statutory plans of evacuation-building complexes

Marc Pelli – Urban Renewal Consultant
As part of his job, Mark helps promoting zoning plans and checking feasibility for evacuation-building projects

Hanan Binsky – Company Appraiser
A certified real estate appraiser with MA in Business Administration specializing in financing and banking.
As part of his job, Hanan accompanies project managers and promotes the financial and assessorial inspection of all projects.

Nir Goldenstein – Project Manager
BA in Social Science and Communication.
As part of his job, Nir is in charge of the management, control, and promotion of varied projects in the center of Israel acocmpanying residents from finzalization of the agreement to receiving the key.

Natali Nagar – Project Manager
BA in Psychology and an MA in Business Administration.
As part of her job, Natali monitors and promotes projects, from execution to delivering apartments to residents.

Nehorai Tal – Project Manager
LLB and Mediation Certificate
As part of his job, Nehorai is responsible of and leads evacuation-building projects from the first inquiry to entering the new apartment.

Gidi Bergman – Project Manager
LLB and BA in Communication
As part of his job, Gidi is responsible of the management, control, and promotion of varied projects in the north acocmpanying residents from finalization of the agreements to receiving the key.

Omer Grizim – Business Development Manager, Urban Renewal
BA in Econimics and Management and MA in Business Administration.
As part of his job, Omer is responsible for locating and recruting urban renwal real estate transactions and business opportunieis, from negotiations to closing the deal.

Yehuda Damari – Urban Renwal Coordinator
Yehuda has vast experience in real estate and he used to be a realtor. As part of his job, Yehuda is responsible for the evacuation and handling of evacuated tenants in a variety of urban renewal projects.

Keren Grunich – Operation Coordinator
As part of her job, Keren is responsible for budget control, payments, and for providing solutions to project managers and vendors.
Keren also handels the events and conventions of the department.

Iris Damty – Administrative Manager
Iris has 30 yaers of experience in the Company during which she fulfilled varied functions. She is familiar with and manages everyone’s timetables, knows where everyone is at any given moment, and provide solutions to every question. Iris is the heart and soul of the department.

Rotem Dror – Project Manager
BA in Business Administration.
As part of her job, Rotem acocmpanies and promotes projects from execution to delivery of apartments to the residents.
