Company’s statement

Azorim invests considerable efforts and resources to provide its clients with equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service.

The Company acts to promote accessibility in accordance with the definitions in accessibility legislation for making adjustments in the various services and considers clients with disabilities as equal clients, who are entitled to enjoy full accessibility to the Company’s properties and services.

This section of the website is intended to inform you of how you can enjoy accessibility services. If you have any question or suggestions for improvement, we will be pleased to receive your query and assist.

Website accessibility information

Azorim assigns great importance to making its Internet website accessible for people with disabilities. An accessible website makes it more convenient and easier for people with disabilities to use.

The website was built in accordance with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013 and Israeli Standard 5568 in this matter complying with the directives drawn by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) named WCAG 2.0 at Level AA.

An accessible Internet website is a website that allows people with disabilities and older people to surf at the same level of efficiency and enjoyment of all surfers.

 

• The website is adjusted to surfers who use screen reader software. For an optimal surfing experience with the screen reader, we recommend to use the most updated software NVDA (the software is subject to the manufacturer’s limitations and terms of use). The liability for use and implementation in the website applies to the website owners and/or anyone on its behalf, including the content displayed on the website subject to the limitations and terms of use of the software).
• Tests have been examined for highest compatibility for Chrome browser.
• The website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and support of the acceptable use pattern for activation with a keyboard using the arrow, Enter and Esc keys to exit menus and windows.
• All actions in the website may be done with a keyboard as follows: clicking the Tab key leads to the following link, and clicking Enter activates the link. Clicking Shift-Tab leads to the previous link.
• In the stage of forms and selecting apartments, you may navigate through the options using the Tab key as aforesaid and navigate with the arrows.
• The website structure includes, among others, titles, alternative texts for images, division of the website into navigation areas and a comprehensive content area, and options to skip between them. Using the ARIA key will improve the reader’s ability to interpret the screen reader.
• Adjusted for display in the common browses and for mobile phones.
• Documents or video clips posted on the website before October 2017 may not be fully accessible. If you encounter such a document or clip, you may contact our Accessibility Coordinator, and we will make this information accessible to you.
• Providing information in an accessible format – the Company provides its clients with a possibility to receive information in accessible formats. Providing the information is ex gratia and intended for people with disabilities. Clips from YouTube, Google maps, residents’ systems, investors relations

The website pages include features as well as third party components of various service providers for the purpose of streaming video and displaying navigation maps. In addition, accessibility in referrals to external links (residents’ systems, investors relations) depends on these providers; therefore, the explanations about their usability and activation and the liability in this regard depend on these providers.
