Job description
Manage headquarters operations, budget and control
Set up relevant information systems to the area of activity
Manage the company's budget and budgetary control
Work order system
Responsible for creating and formulating company's work processes.
Manage company's sources and applications
Manage receipt/payment system – collect rent and revenues and manage payment system to various vendors
Manage company's bank accounts, cash balances, and future cash flows
Follow-up financing transactions (property acquisition, setting up financing, long-term financing for yield-bearer properties)
Responsibility for corporate governance as a public company
Responsible for: internal control, ISOX, administrative enforcement
Board of directors/audit committee/balance-sheet committees
Company's reporting system – financial statements, taxation
Supervise company's reporting system
Examine complex taxation aspects and analyze transactions with advisors.
Requirements
Experience as CFO or accountant in a large activity scale – at least 5 years in a public company
Areas of activity – real estate companies of any kind, advantage for yield-bearer real estate
Experience in formulating and assimilating work processes
Experience in assimilating information systems – advantage
Experience in managing bookkeeping system
Experience in preparing financial statements, building budget and applying internal control
Good level English
Broad organizational and systemic perspective
